Free delivery
Delivery to a pickup point is free on orders over €29 (over €49 for home delivery)
Delivery methods
Colissimo Standard: Home delivery without signature. A reliable and fast service to receive your teas directly at home.
Mondial Relay: Delivery to a pickup point near you (post office, local shop, etc.). Convenient and flexible.

Delivery times
Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Once shipped, your order will be delivered within 2 to 3 business days via Colissimo. Mondial Relay can sometimes take an extra day.
Tracking your order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier's website.
