Matcha pancakes bring a Japanese twist to a brunch classic.
Fluffy, fragrant, and a vibrant green color, they pair just as well with sweet toppings (honey, fruit, whipped cream) as they do with more traditional flavors like anko (red bean paste) or maple syrup.
A simple recipe that will appeal to home cooking enthusiasts and gourmet coffee lovers alike.
