Ingredients

  • 500 ml of water
  • Plenty of ice cubes
  • 6 g of KABUSECHA green tea (or your favorite green tea)
  • Fresh mint
  • Lemon, sliced, to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil
    500 ml of water.
  2. Prepare the green tea
    using 6 g of leaves and let it steep to obtain a stronger infusion than usual.
  3. Put plenty of ice cubes
    in a pitcher, then add the mint leaves and lemon slices.
  4. Pour the hot tea
    into the pitcher, directly over the ice, mint, and lemon.
  5. Stir gently
    to distribute the flavors and cool the drink.
  6. Serve
    in a glass, optionally garnishing with a bit of fresh mint.
